We are in #ExtremeOvershoot – using 1.75 planets instead of the one that actually exists. This presents as a potent and deadly combination of biodiversity loss, ecosystem collapse, and climate change. Climate change cannot be fixed. Net zero emissions or a transition to renewables will not fix anything. Collapse is inevitable, either through business as usual, mass extraction and pollution from a renewables transition, or through a #PlannedCollapse. A #PlannedCollapse is a #JustCollapse.
