Just Collapse 
The complexity is overwhelming. I had the office personnel at a doctor’s office tell me, in person, that I had to make an appointment by phone, even though I was standing in their office, with a directive from my primary physician. This level of ‘complexity’ is everywhere. It’s beyond pathological.
