We’ve talked about it a bit on the #Extinctionati. It looks like some sort of ‘Controllapse’, i.e. a live not-so-dry run, carried out by deepstate elements (involving very real sabotage and wars). Main goals are to explore ways to control populations during the remaining stages of Collapse?
