It’s starting to look very much like EV’s are disposable items. It is so expensive to replace the battery that it is uneconomic to do so. This being the case, who in their right mind would buy and EV not knowing how much life is left in the battery pack and knowing that it cannot be replaced. I have heard that many new car dealers will not take EV trade ins because they don’t know what they are worth. This must have a flow on effect for new EV’s because you won’t be able to sell your car once you want to move on. What an absolute mess.
